Jewelry Consultation

Begin with you.

A favorite shade, a familiar shape or an occasion can be enough to begin. Bring the details you know; use the conversation to clarify the rest.

YOUR STYLE DIRECTION

Find the designs that speak to you.

Choose a category and color, explore matching designs, then bring up to three into one consultation. These 36 concepts show a visual direction; actual materials, availability and prices are confirmed separately.

SIZE & FIT

A starting point for your ring size.

Convert a known US size or a measurement into a reference you can discuss. These are estimates, not available sizes or a promise of fit.

Measure a ring that already fits
  1. Choose a ring worn comfortably on the intended finger.
  2. Measure straight across its inside opening in millimeters, through the center. Do not include the metal edges.
  3. Use “Inside diameter” above. A different band shape or width can change the fit.
Measure your finger
  1. Wrap a flexible tape or a strip of paper around the intended finger without squeezing.
  2. Mark the overlap and measure that length in millimeters. Check that the fit can pass the knuckle.
  3. Repeat at different times. If measurements differ, share the range with the team instead of treating one result as exact.

This is not an on-screen ruler. Confirm the actual ring and fit with a physical sizer before ordering; do not assume a design can be resized.

Reference: published US size and measurement chart. Charts and individual ring fits can differ.

WHAT WE CLARIFY TOGETHER

A direction you can discuss

01

Style direction

The category, color, proportions and wearing preferences you want to explore.

02

Actual item details

For an available option, a written description of the materials, dimensions and relevant order details.

03

Your next decision

A clear selection to review, or a further question to resolve before confirming an order.

HOW IT WORKS

From the first idea to the next step.

  1. Share your direction

Tell us the category, colors, occasion and budget range you have in mind. A reference can help explain a style without implying an available item.

  2. Discuss the possibilities

We review actual options and confirm their material descriptions, dimensions, availability and any relevant documentation.

  3. Review the next step

Confirm the actual piece, availability and any order terms with our team. This website currently offers consultation, with no online payments.

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

Bring the details you know.

You can begin with a short introduction. The team can clarify further information as the conversation develops.

  • Jewelry category and preferred colors
  • An approximate budget and the currency you use
  • Sizing, material preferences and any comfort requirements
  • Destination and occasion date, if relevant

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your questions, considered.

Do I need to know which gemstone I want?

No. You can begin with a color or a shape. The stone description and any relevant treatment information for an actual piece are confirmed separately.

Discuss Your Preferences
Can I request a piece from an inspiration image?

Share the image or its concept name to explain your direction. Inspiration does not establish availability; the team confirms actual options before an order is agreed.

Does a conversation commit me to a purchase?

An inquiry begins a discussion. Review the actual specification, amount, delivery and applicable terms before confirming an order.
