Dispatch and delivery.

For fully paid, ready-to-ship orders with complete delivery details, our standard arrangement is dispatch within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days after dispatch. Carrier processing, customs and local delivery conditions can affect arrival.

For customized jewelry, repairs and other services, we agree on the completion and dispatch timeline separately. A deposit alone does not trigger dispatch.

Shipping charges.

The exact quoted amount and currency are agreed before any order. The threshold applies to the confirmed merchandise amount for the whole order, excluding shipping and applicable taxes, not each payment stage.

Address and import information.

Review your complete recipient details before payment. Destination availability, any import tax responsibilities and exceptional delivery conditions are confirmed for your order. Do not assume that import charges are included unless your confirmation says so.

Dispatch and approved returns address.

Jewelry is dispatched from mainland China. Approved returns are sent to our China handling location below. Contact our support team first and wait for confirmation of the applicable return instructions; publishing this address does not approve a return.
