Dispatch within 24 hours for fully paid, ready-to-ship orders with complete delivery details. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days after dispatch from China. Carrier processing, customs and local conditions can affect arrival. Custom work, repairs and other services follow their agreed schedule; a deposit alone does not trigger dispatch.

Free shipping at a confirmed merchandise amount of CNY 200 equivalent or more; otherwise CNY 50 equivalent. The threshold applies to the whole order, excluding shipping and applicable taxes, not each deposit or balance payment. The exact quoted amount and currency are agreed before any order.

Contact the team before dispatch to request cancellation; the team first checks whether the order has been handed to the carrier. For a defective, incorrect or materially different item, provide the order reference and a description of the issue so the applicable remedy can be reviewed.

Change-of-mind returns are not offered, subject to applicable law and agreed terms. If a deposit was separately agreed for an existing order, its confirmed terms apply, subject to applicable rights, including a refund where required for an order we cannot fulfil. Approved returns go to China after our support team confirms the exact return address and instructions. Do not use a company registration address as a return destination.
