We provide jewelry discovery, design inspiration, consultation and support through this website and related communications (the "Services"). Our website is hosted by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit or use the Services, communicate with us, or request support for an actual order arranged separately with our team. References below to purchases, transactions or optional features apply only where the relevant activity actually takes place. Current Website and Inquiry Scope

This website currently provides jewelry discovery and consultation. It does not currently offer an online checkout, online payments or customer-account purchasing. Viewing or saving a design, preparing an inquiry or contacting us does not place an order. Financial, account, cart, purchasing, review-posting and marketing activities described in this policy apply only where the corresponding service is actually provided or used, including where relevant to an existing order arranged separately with our team. Their inclusion does not mean that those features are enabled on this website.

The inquiry tool prepares the details you enter locally in your browser. Completing the form, preparing an email draft or copying its text does not by itself send your inquiry to us. You decide whether to send the prepared message using your own email service. Our customer-care team receives the inquiry only after you send that email and it is delivered to 16607586380@163.com. Your email provider processes the message according to its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not include card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes.

Shopify may still process normal website access, device, usage and cookie information when you visit, as explained below; the local inquiry tool does not make the whole website an offline service. Saved designs and other browser-based preferences remain subject to the device and storage features you use. An inquiry is not an automatic subscription to marketing.
