This website currently provides jewelry discovery and consultation, with no online payments. The terms below apply to actual orders arranged separately with our team.
Cancellation before dispatch.
Contact our team before dispatch to request cancellation. We first check whether the order has been handed to the carrier and confirm the applicable cancellation and refund process.
Product issues.
If the jewelry is defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed description, contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. We review the actual circumstances and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund under the applicable policy and law.
We do not exclude applicable consumer rights. We do not require an unboxing video as a blanket condition for requesting help.
Change of mind.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not offered, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed for your order.
Full-payment arrangements.
Orders are paid in full for the amount and currency stated in the confirmed order. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the terms below and applicable rights, including a refund where required when we cannot fulfil an order. Our team handles refunds and aftercare directly; this website does not currently collect payments.
Dispatch and approved returns address.
Jewelry is dispatched from mainland China. Approved returns are sent to our China handling location below. Contact our support team first and wait for confirmation of the applicable return instructions; publishing this address does not approve a return.
