Review the actual jewelry description, materials, measurements, quantity and any available documentation. Your confirmation should identify the merchant, full amount, currency, shipping, applicable taxes and order reference.

Concept images do not establish stock, actual gemstone specifications or certificates. Ask for the actual item details that matter to your decision.

This website is currently for jewelry discovery and consultation. Orders are paid in full according to the confirmed amount and currency. Online payments are not available here yet.

For an order arranged through another channel, contact the team using your order reference. Do not send card numbers, security codes or payment passwords in an inquiry.

Dispatch within 24 hours for fully paid, ready-to-ship orders with complete delivery details. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days after dispatch from China. Carrier processing, customs and local conditions can affect arrival. Custom work, repairs and other services follow their agreed schedule; our team arranges dispatch directly outside this website after full payment and confirmation of the order details.

Free shipping at a confirmed merchandise amount of CNY 200 equivalent or more; otherwise CNY 50 equivalent. The threshold applies to the whole order, excluding shipping and applicable taxes. The exact quoted amount and currency are agreed before any order.

Contact the team before dispatch to request cancellation; the team first checks whether the order has been handed to the carrier. For a defective, incorrect or materially different item, provide the order reference and a description of the issue so the applicable remedy can be reviewed.

Change-of-mind returns are not offered, subject to applicable law and agreed terms. Refund requests are reviewed under the confirmed order terms and applicable rights, including a refund where required for an order we cannot fulfil. Approved returns go to China after our support team confirms the exact return address and instructions. Do not use a company registration address as a return destination.
